Third and fourth bedrooms have twin beds, with a pull-out in the family room to provide additional sleeping accommodation. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and is fully equipped with all modern conveniences including a fridge-freezer with ice-maker, microwave, waste disposal unit and all the necessary utensils and crockery. A laundry room with washing machine and drier leads to the integral double garage. A large porch provides a shady area for outside meals, and is furnished with loungers, tables, chairs and gas barbecue.
